Inner Beauty

Have you ever had one of those days when you absolutely can not find anything to wear? It seems like everything you try on is either too small or is not the latest trend. You look in the mirror and pick out every single, little thing that is wrong with your body, and you wish you looked like that girl that you see running every afternoon. And on top of all that, you're had the WORST hair day of your entire life. No matter what you do, your hair just doesn't want to cooperate.
I'm pretty sure every woman in America has had one of these days. We seem to spend so much time trying to look like a "normal" person; which in our eyes is a tall, dark, skinny lady who always has the latest fashions (I'm pretty sure this woman doesn't exist). In our eyes we may seem not so pretty, BUT in God's eyes we are beautiful. BEAUTIFUL. God made us! The Bible says we are "fearfully and wonderfully made." (Psalm 139:14) We shouldn't worry about our outer appearance, but instead focus on what is in the inside, our heart. God has made us in His own image! HE made us! Why should we worry about the material things, when in the end, none of that will matter! What's on the inside counts.
I strongly encourage you to read Matthew 6: 25-34. GO!  READ IT NOW! It is a great message and reminder that we are wonderfully made.
